Imagine being faster, stronger and more powerful on the ice... we can help you achieve it.

Why train with Paradigm Fitness?
Strength training is a very important and often overlooked component of figure skating and hockey. Off-ice strength training designed specifically for the skater will enable him or her to skate faster, rotate faster, jump higher and most importantly, avert many of the common overuse injuries. By working one-on-one with an experienced trainer, the young skater gains an advantage on and off the ice through safe and proper execution of sport-specific exercises. Parents can feel confident that years of experience and education go into preparing their young skaters for the physical demands of figure skating and hockey. The lessons learned with Paradigm Fitness will lead to a prolonged skating career and a healthy, life-long endeavor.
