Sonia is a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America. She has resided in the State of Delaware for 17 years. In that time, she has been a chef at the Hotel DuPont, MBNA, and First USA Bank. After many years of the cookie cutter world of corporate standards, Chef Sonia has committed herself to tastefully tailoring each event to the individual clients specific needs, therefore creating a unique event.
